Kielibuusti.fi is subject to the EU's accessibility directive, the aim of which is to ensure equality in a digitalised society and set uniform requirements for accessibility. Kielibuusti project’s objective is to maintain a website that is technically accessible and understandable in terms of its contents and that is clear and easy to use for all types of users.

The information in this statement is based on self-assessment proceeded by Aalto University’s IT Services. 

State of digital accessibility

Kielibuusti.fi was launched on 19.4.2023. The site's current accessibility standard is WCAG 2.1, level AA.

Kielibuusti.fi largely meets the requirements for accessibility.

Inaccesssible content

The website requires further improvements, however, in the following areas:
•    Use of files
•    Map at course location search page
