Kielibuusti joins the Kielellisesti vastuullinen työelämä network
In April 2026, Taitotalo launched a new Kielellisesti vastuullinen työelämä network that invites employers to discuss and co-develop better practices for supporting language learning and promoting a multilingual work culture in workplaces. The network was established in response to the growing recognition that language-related issues increasingly affect smooth interaction, occupational safety, onboarding, and the sense of inclusion at work.
The network brings together organizations and practitioners who want to both promote language awareness in working life and develop practices that support multilingual and diverse work communities. It offers a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration across organizations.
The Kielibuusti project and the University of Helsinki’s Research on interactional practices in multilingual worklife have been invited as partners, contributing both research-based perspectives and practice-oriented expertise. Members of the Kielibuusti community will participate as speakers and experts in the network’s workshops and other events starting in autumn 2026. Information about these events will be shared on the News page of kielibuusti.fi and in the Kielibuusti newsletter.
